Frequently asked questions about logging in to PlanViewer
Go to International Retirement Savings Plan website and click on the 'Login' button in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
If you are logging in for the first time, click the 'Register for PlanViewer' and enter the required details to set up your username and password. You will need your Fidelity reference number and Staff number. Please make sure that your Fidelity account number is seven characters long and starts with C, 5 or M, and that you're entering any 0s as zeroes, rather than the letter O.
The option to change your security questions can be found under ‘My profile’ and then ‘Change security questions’.
Go to the login page, click the 'Forgotten username?' link, and follow the on-screen instructions to find your username.

Once you have created a username you are unable to change it.
After logging into your account, go to the 'My Profile' tab in the main navigation menu. Click on the 'Password and security' link to access the password change option.
After you log into the PlanViewer app, the first page you see is the home screen. Here, you can see your current plan value, rate of return and last contribution. You can also access statements, view transactions and plan documents via the app.
